Coordinating with Architect / client and their representative on regular basis to take approvals and update them on site progress.
- Placing orders for materials required on site as per specification sheet and BOQ.
- End to end daily site coordination with architect, client, purchase and project departments.
- Making and following project schedule to achieve project deadline.
- Approving contractor measurement sheets and making running bills based on these measurements.
- Getting running bills checked and approved by architect / client.
- Managing and updating site material records.
- Managing and updating site labour records.
- Maintaining good rapo with client representatives, architects representatives, contractors to ensure smooth functioning on site.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
