Key Responsibilities: - Content Creation: Develop engaging and persuasive copy for website content, consistency of brand voice and messaging across all channels. - Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to produce high - quality visual and written content. Bring fresh ideas to the table and stay ahead of content trends. - Agency Management: Work closely with external agencies to oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and objectives. Provide clear briefs and feedback to maintain high standards of work. - Brand Strategy: Assist in the development and implementation of brand strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize future efforts. - Content Strategy: Create and manage content calendars to ensure timely and relevant content distribution. Utilize insights and analytics to refine strategies and improve content effectiveness. - Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform content strategy and brand positioning. - Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with other departments to support integrated marketing efforts and ensure cohesive brand messaging. **Requirements**: - Copywriting Skills: Proven experience in crafting compelling copy for various platforms. Ability to write clear, engaging, and persuasive content that aligns with brand voice and objectives. - Creative Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for creativity and innovative content creation. Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table. - Content Management: Experience in managing content across digital channels, - Agency Experience: Previous experience working with marketing agencies is preferred. Ability to manage relationships and oversee agency deliverables effectively. - Passion for Healthy Food: A strong interest in healthy food is advantageous, as it aligns with our brand values and mission. - Skills & Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in content management systems and social media platforms. - Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field. 2-3 years of relevant experience in brand management, copywriting, or content creation.
