**We’re Hiring - Female Sales Executive (Final Year Project Sales)**

**About Us**:
Tour2Tech helps final-year diploma & engineering students get ready-made & customized academic projects across AI, ML, IoT, Android, Web, and more — with complete documentation & guidance. We are looking for a **smart, confident, and target-driven female salesperson** who can connect with students, follow up persistently, work with our marketing team, and close deals with proven strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively reach out to final-year students via WhatsApp, calls, and college visits.
- Understand requirements, recommend the right project package, and build trust.
- Use structured sales strategies to **close deals quickly and effectively**.
- Maintain patience during negotiations and handle objections professionally.
- Follow up regularly until conversion and track all leads in our CRM/system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to share on-ground feedback & insights to improve campaigns.
- Achieve & exceed monthly sales targets (with performance incentives).

**Requirements**:

- **Must-Have**: Patience, persistence, and an active, go-getter attitude.
- Excellent communication & persuasion skills.
- Languages**:Marathi + Hindi + English** (Kannada is an advantage for Bangalore region).
- Strong in follow-up, lead tracking, and system management.
- Prior sales experience preferred (Fresher with strong confidence & skills can apply).
