**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our process inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Assist our company on placement of subscription refunds,
- Able to create tickets with the multiple vendors.
- Set appointments, meetings, and conference calls.

Completed College in any degree but English literature considered an asset.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good patience and professionalism.
- High standards of customer service.
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Reliable with patience and professionalism.
- Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for details.
- Self-motivated: always looking for ways to do something better; forward-thinking planner.
- Great team player.
- Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details.

**Requirements for the role**:

- Night shift. Full-time. Mon-Fri.
- You must be fluent in written and verbal English
- You must own and use a Smartphone to complete tasks.
- The majority of the task types will require both a desktop/laptop and a Smartphone.

**Job Types**: Full-time

**Salary**: ₹11,109.51 - ₹20,888.87 per month
