Identifying and resolving all hardware / software issues of computers hampering smooth operation of the office and procurement of hardware (if required)

Periodical checking of inventory and updation in the master list.

Downloading / procuring and installation of all required software (Only licensed or freeware )

Routine check of Firewall, Antivirus Admin,Active Directory and GPO in domain server and app server, NAS, ICS, Tally and other admin consoles.

Distribution of all computer hardware and consumables in the company and Cost saving in purchase of consumables.

Periodic check and audit of all computers for installed software, IT compliance.

Maintain & repair of QNAP/ IBM Server/Firewall & Printer.

Keka attendence software daily monitoring, rules checking,Problem solving,Misspunch adjustment(if Any) salary reportgeneration, coordination with ESSL Personal.

Up gradation and configuration of system software for day to day operations. Keka Software fauilt finding and solving. Essl biometric problem solve & Miss punch entry etc.

Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems
and system data are successfully backed-up and also ensure repair &
recover from hardware or software failures.

Timely followup & authorise payment for Telecom, IT, Internet, Corp Mobile connections & all software AMC & subscriptions.

Rating and Customer review follow up for Online market place.

Provide review by ourself to pomote the product.

Close monitoring of Flash Sales and our involvement into it.

Periodic fund allocation for sales promotion within individual marketplace.

Banner and Store Front for individual marketplace if possible.

How to become Prime or Flipkart Assured Brand terms and cost involvement for it.

Periodic Revision of online market place sales return policy as per other brands.

Online market place process understanding and order Process.

Addition of New marketplace Globally and within India.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,094.07 per month
