- Represent our brand directly in Chennai and nearby neighborhoods by executing field campaigns and events.
- Support and enable insurance agents and agency partners through workshops, materials, and localized marketing efforts.
- Drive real-world pipeline growth in collaboration with sales teams and agents.

**What You’ll Do**
- Plan and execute ground-level campaigns (seminars, agent roadshows, community workshops) to drive awareness and lead generation.
- Build and nurture relationships with life insurance agents and agencies in Chennai—conduct trainings, share best practices, provide collateral.
- Monitor agent adoption of marketing tools, track response rates, and optimize campaign execution via CRM.
- Collect feedback from agents and customers to refine locally relevant messaging and materials.
- Ensure strict compliance with IRDAI guidelines in all field interactions and marketing initiatives. Indeed

**Who You Are**

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or similar (preferred).
- 0.6 months -3 years in field marketing, sales support, insurance events, or related roles—life insurance exposure is a distinct plus.
- Excellent communication and public presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data reporting.
- Ready to travel locally across Chennai and surrounding localities (approx. 40-60% field time).

**Preferred Experience**
- IRDAI certification or direct experience working with life insurance agents.
- Deep understanding of life insurance products, customer decision cycles, and regulatory constraints.
- Experience coordinating agent-first field events or training sessions. Indeed
