**Responsibilities**:

- Opening the restaurant: Ensure everything is set up for the day, including checking inventory and overseeing staff readiness.
- Making invoices and generating KOTs (Kitchen Order Tickets): Manage the billing process and ensure accurate record-keeping of orders.
- Supervising housekeepers: Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen.
- Attendance management: Keep track of staff attendance and manage schedules effectively.
- Prepare salary sheets: Compile attendance data and calculate wages for payroll processing.
- **Skills and Qualifications**:

- Experience in restaurant management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of billing software and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage a team effectively.
- Familiarity with hygiene and safety regulations in the food industry.
- Basic computer skills for generating invoices and managing attendance records.
- **Additional Considerations**:

- Local knowledge of Kolkata's food industry and customer preferences can be an advantage.
- Prior experience in handling similar responsibilities, even in a different industry, can be valuable.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset is crucial in a fast-paced restaurant environment
