**JOB Description**:
**1. Responsible for customer Satisfaction.**

**2. Responsible to Improvement of Cinema Operations process**

**3. Responsible for TAT for Patron complain resolution**

**4. Responsible for** **Training and Grooming of** **front enders as per SOP**
