**Job Summary**:

- Provide technical support and training to end users as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or 3 to 5 yrs. of experience
- Proven experience working as an Enterprise Applications Administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in system configuration, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert is a plus
