Sr Director - Enterprise ApplicationsHybrid/ Local Bangalore, Karnataka,DescriptionAbout the roleThe Sr Director of Business Applications with a specialization in NetSuite ERP is responsible for leading the organization's efforts in optimizing and leveraging NetSuite and other ERP systems to improve operational efficiency, streamline business processes, and drive innovation. This role involves overseeing a team of professionals, managing technology investments, and ensuring that enterprise applications align with the company's strategic goals, enhances operational efficiency, and supports our growth objectives.What Will You Do?Strategic Leadership:- Develop and execute a comprehensive Enterprise Application strategy in alignment with the organization's business objectives- Collaborate with executive leadership to define technology roadmaps and long-term vision- Develop and articulate a clear vision for our enterprise applications, aligning technology investments with the company's strategic goals- Drive innovation by identifying emerging technologies and trends that can be leveraged to gain a competitive edgeTeam Management:- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of professionals, application architects, developers, and analysts- Set clear goals and objectives for the team and provide guidance for their professional development- Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning within the teamERP Implementation and Management:- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of NetSuite and other ERP systems- Ensure the systems meet business requirements, compliance standards, and performance expectationsEnterprise Application Portfolio Management:- Oversee the assessment and optimization of our application portfolio, ensuring alignment with business needs and scalability- Maintain a holistic view of our application landscape, making informed decisions about software development, integration, and retirementDigital Transformation:- Champion digital transformation initiatives by leveraging technology to streamline business processes, enhance data analytics, and improve customer engagement- Ensure the seamless integration of digital solutions across the organizationBusiness Process Optimization:- Work closely with various departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation- Streamline workflows to enhance productivity and reduce costsBudgeting and Resource Allocation:- Develop and manage the department's budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources- Prioritize projects and allocate resources effectivelyPerformance Monitoring and Reporting:- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the performance and effectiveness of Enterprise application systems- Provide regular reports to senior leadership on system performance and project statusQualifications:Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field- Ten (15+) years of experience in Financial systems ERP system management, with a focus on leadership roles- Five (10+) years of experience in enterprise software, cloud solutions, and emerging technologies
