**The Role**:
We are looking for dynamic, committed and motivated IT Administrator to join our team and play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our IT Infrastructure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the organization's IT systems, networks, communication devices and other devices.
- Ensure the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.
- Implement and manage updates, upgrades, and new tools or systems required for IT Administration
- Maintain the Asset Registers along with required regulation and compliance.
- Liaison with various IT vendors, negotiate with them for best features
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Oversee IT policies and maintain compliance with various standards like ISO 27001,etc.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends in the space of IT Administration & CyberSecurity/InfoSec Related to IT Administration (DLP, VPN, Anti-virus, Ransomware, etc).

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong understanding of System administration for all three major OS (Windows, Mac, Linux).
- Good Technical understanding of Systems, Network, Firewalls, IT Apps & their security
- Knowledge of DLP, Active Directory, Anti-Virus would be advantageous
- Intermediate experience in Excel/Spreadsheet Application (features like Vlookup, Pivot chart, etc)
- Should have good communication skills

**Experience**:

- 0-2 years of experience

**Note: Full Time Work From Office Role (Bangalore Location)
