**Personal assistant Preferably Female required to assist Company head.**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage and organize Co Head's daily schedules, appointments, administrative work and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and PPT.
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, record minutes, type and compile reports
- communicate and gather information as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist with personal errands and tasks as required
- To act as a reminder to the Co head
- Discrete with the Co Head. As you will be dealing with essential and sensitive information, both personal and professional, related to your boss, you need to keep many things to yourself. You have to be very careful about the things told to you in confidence.
- Maintaining good chemistry with the boss.
- Loyalty to the office. This is what makes the personal assistant job great.
To act as the first contact between the executive and the rest of the world
- **Qualifications**
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
**Skills**
- MS Office proficiency

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
