Job Title: Loan Processor (Connector)

Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
2. Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers to understand their financial needs and provide information on loan products and services offered by the company.

3. Data Collection: Gather necessary financial and personal information from customers to assess their eligibility for loans.

5. Compliance Adherence: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the loan processing and approval process.

7. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.

8. Collaboration: Work closely with loan officers, underwriters, and other team members to facilitate the loan approval process and ensure a smooth customer experience.

9. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, customer interactions, and loan processing metrics for management review.

10. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, lending products, and regulatory changes to enhance knowledge and skills in the field.

Qualifications:
1. 12th,Graduation in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.

2. Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.

3. Strong understanding of lending products and processes.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

6. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.

9. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to changes.

10. Relevant certifications or licenses may be advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
