Responsibilities:
Generate leads:Actively identify and prospect potential buyers through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, cold calling, networking events, and other marketing strategies.
Conduct research and market analysis to identify target audiences and understand their needs and preferences.

Sales presentations and negotiations:Showcase available properties to potential buyers and provide comprehensive information on features, benefits, and pricing.
Conduct property tours, address buyer inquiries, and provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Negotiate and close deals with prospective buyers, ensuring mutual satisfaction and adherence to company policies.

Customer relationship management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and preferences.
Provide exceptional customer service, answer queries promptly, and address any concerns or issues.
Follow up with clients throughout the sales process, keeping them informed about progress and updates.

Market intelligence:Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities in the Patna and Noida areas.
Conduct regular research and analysis to identify new market opportunities and devise strategies to effectively target potential buyers.

Documentation and compliance:Assist buyers with documentation and legal requirements during the sales process, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Coordinate with the internal team, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth transaction processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Good understanding of the local real estate market and property values.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Highly motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Valid driver's license and own transportation.
