**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Program Support**:

- Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of disaster response programs. - Collaborate with team members to create and update program materials, guidelines, and standard operating procedures. - Provide support in coordinating and executing disaster response activities.
- Logistical Coordination: - Coordinate logistics for disaster response efforts, including procurement of supplies, equipment, and resources. - Work closely with vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of materials needed for disaster response operations. - Maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment, tracking usage and replenishment needs.
- Administrative Duties: - Support the Disaster Response Team in administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes. - Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation related to disaster response activities. - Manage and maintain organized files and databases related to program activities.
- Communication and Outreach: - Facilitate communication within the Disaster Response Team and with external stakeholders. - Assist in drafting communications, press releases, and updates for internal and external distribution. - Support outreach efforts to raise awareness of disaster response programs and initiatives.
- Training and Capacity Building: - Support the development and delivery of training programs for team members and volunteers. - Assist in organizing workshops and drills to enhance the team's preparedness and response capabilities.

**Qualifications/Experience**
- Graduate with 5+ years’ experience, self-driven, pro-active and passionate to work for social cause.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail -oriented.
- Quick learner, and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Experience in creating socially impactful digital presentation. Proficient with Microsoft office tools.
- Flexible to work during all US time zones.
