**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Program /Chapter Support: Create and maintain resources like project plans, timelines, reports and critical database for the program. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders, team members, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of the program.
- Team Support and Supervision: Provide support to team members involved in the program. Support and drive effective communication within the team.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, such as donors, partners, and funding agencies.
- Training and Development: Organize training sessions for staff or program participants, as needed.
- Public Relations and Marketing: Promote the program's achievements and success through various communication channels. Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently. Address and resolve issues raised by chapters, escalating complex matters to the appropriate channels when necessary. Provide help and support for proactive solutions to challenges faced by chapters within the region.

**Qualifications/Experience**
- Graduate with 5+ years’ experience, self-driven, pro-active and passionate to work for social cause.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail -oriented..
- Quick learner, and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Experience in creating socially impactful digital presentation. Proficient with Microsoft office tools.
- Flexible to work during all US time zones.
