It helps students withcollege admissions guidance, career planning, and future readiness -combining expert mentorship, AI-driven insights, and personalized growthpathways to help every learner design a successful and meaningful future.Lifology (USA) is a venture of Lifology, the Guinness World Record-winningglobal career management organization.Lifology operates across 32 countries, empowering students, parents, andeducators to make informed career and life decisions through science,technology, and mentorship.Role OverviewWe are seeking dynamic and experienced Business Development Managers(BDMs) to promote and sell Lifology (USA) programs to students and parentsin the United States, primarily across California and other key educationmarkets.This is a remote, full-time position based in India, requiring the candidate towork during U.S. (California) time zones.Candidates must have prior experience in selling educational, mentoring, oronline learning and tutoring programs to U.S.-based customers, and beconfident handling the full sales cycle - from lead generation to closure.Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation & Outreach• Identify and reach out to potential customers (students, parents, andpartner schools) through outbound calls, emails, and social media.• Qualify and nurture leads generated through marketing, ambassador,and digital campaigns.2. Sales Execution• Present Lifology (USA)’s programs effectively through online meetingsand calls.• Understand customer needs, personalize solutions, and closeenrollments confidently.• Manage and convert leads independently to meet assigned monthly andquarterly targets.3. Relationship Building• Build strong, trust-based relationships with parents and students.• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience by coordinating with theoperations and delivery teams.• Maintain relationships for renewals, referrals, and upselling.4.
