- We are looking for a professional **Instructional Designer** with an experience of **3-4 years** to design, develop and/update learning and practicing experiences. The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and appealing manner. Hands-on experience on modern tools like Articulate 360 and Vyond will be an added advantage.

**JOB-DESCRIPTION**

- Ability to visualize instructional graphics, user interface and finished product
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent course designing, storyboarding and reviewing skills
- Excellent command over English language and grammar
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle client communication and manage tasks independently
- Excellent time management and self-management skills
- Attention to detail

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

As an Instructional Designer, your core role will encompass the following key tasks:

- Create course outlines and design documents based on client requirements
- Develop content/storyboard for ILT and WBT/eLearning courses based on the design documents
- Develop assessment items to test the learning objectives.
- Demonstrate expertise in developing a range of instructional materials including classroom-based training, eLearning, microlearning nuggets, job aids, reference guides, train-the-trainer course material, assessments and evaluations.
- Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, etc.)
- Demonstrate effective course development and evaluation skills.
- Should be able to independently develop entry and advanced level technical and non-technical courses for both internal and external audience.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, SMEs, and internal team seamlessly
- Handle client communication confidently
- Mentor team members on tools and processes

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in English or in any other related field
- 3-4 years of experience in Instructional design
- Experience in working on rapid authoring tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Vyond

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**
- Fluency in English is critical.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Knowledge of Instructional design standards, processes and writing style guides

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**
- Shift timing: 11AM - 8PM IST
- Open for working in high pressure environment.
