Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough analysis of learning requirements, target audience, and available resources to design effective instructional strategies.
- Develop instructional materials, such as online courses, e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and assessments, using various instructional design models and authoring tools.
- Create engaging and interactive learning experiences that align with adult learning principles and best practices in instructional design.
- Utilize multimedia elements, such as graphics, videos, simulations, and interactive activities, to enhance learning outcomes and engage learners.
- Design and develop assessments and evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of learning materials and make necessary improvements.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, multimedia specialists, and developers to produce high-quality and visually appealing learning content.
- Ensure instructional content is accessible, user-friendly, and compatible with different learning management systems (LMS) and delivery platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in instructional design and e-learning to continuously enhance learning experiences.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and user testing to ensure instructional materials meet established standards and objectives.
- Maintain project documentation, including design documents, storyboards, and version control.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an instructional designer or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, learning theories, and adult learning methodologies.
- Proficiency in using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and familiarity with SCORM and other e-learning standards.
- Excellent visual and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think critically, problem-solve, and innovate.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with multimedia production, graphic design, and video editing is a plus.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines, such as WCAG, is desirable.
