**Job Overview**

**Role: Sales Coordinator**

**Work Location: Hyderabad (WFO)**

**Minimum years of experience: 2**

**Responsibilities**:

- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls.
- Fixing appointments.
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects
- Preparing Quotations, Order Forms & Proforma Invoices.
- Monitoring daily reports, Monthly reports and Targets of Inside sales Team.
- Entering data in e-Support (CRM).
- Negotiating for the best commercials terms with the customers and OEM’s
- Following up with customers for orders and payments.
- Deal Registration with OEMs for blocking/locking the lead to respective Company.
- Co-ordinating with branch team for the any requirements.
- Able to multi-task & work independently with willingness to learn.

**Requirements and skills**
- Masters or bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Commerce, Account, Finance) is a plus.
- Proven work experience in Sales Coordination.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
- Excellent communication, Analytical and multitasking skills.

**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
