**Job Summary**:

- Light cleaning in the office and store areas. This includes dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping the floors in all rooms when required.
- Cleaning the toilets in second half, including mirrors, Windows if required.
- Dusting Furniture daily
- Washing windows weekly once
- Tiding up Office place
- Keeping track of cleaning and pantry supplies and letting HR know when you are low and need to be replaced
- Serving water and tea to the guests
- Washing and drying dishes and tea cups and putting them at its proper place.
- Washing dustbins once a week
- Making and serving tea twice a day
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen area
- Bringing stationary in case of emergency
- Reporting any necessary repairs or replacements
- Arranges the seats, organise and prepare the meeting place before meetings.
- Performing General office clerk duties.
