**Job Title**: Office Boy / Office Assistant
**Reports To**: Admin Officer / Office Manager
**Location**: City Avenue by kolte patil
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
The Office Boy will be responsible for supporting the administrative team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. The role includes maintaining cleanliness, serving refreshments, handling basic clerical tasks, and assisting staff as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office, pantry, and meeting rooms.
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests.
- Handle outdoor tasks such as collecting or delivering documents, parcels, and other office items.
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and other routine office tasks.
- Support administrative staff with errands and minor clerical work.
- Ensure office supplies (stationery, pantry items, etc.) are stocked and available.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and ensuring they are tidy before and after use.
- Monitor and maintain basic office equipment and report any issues to the admin team.
- Follow office security and safety procedures.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Office Boy, Helper, or similar role preferred.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (printer, copier, scanner, etc.).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy.
- Ability to follow instructions and work with mínimal supervision.
