**Job Title**: Office Boy

**Job Summary**:
The Office Boy is responsible for supporting office staff with day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining cleanliness, running errands, and ensuring smooth functioning of office operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cleaning & Maintenance**:

- Ensure cleanliness of the entire office, including desks, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout the day.
- **Office Support**:

- Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
- Set up meeting rooms and refreshment arrangements for meetings and guests.
- Handle office kitchen duties - like washing cups, utensils, and restocking supplies.
- **Errands & Deliveries**:

- Deliver and collect documents, packages, or other materials from various departments or external locations.
- Deposit/collect cheques, documents, etc., from banks or clients when required.
- **Stationery & Supplies**:

- Monitor stock levels of office supplies and notify the admin for replenishment.
- Assist in managing incoming and outgoing couriers.
- **Other Duties**:

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum education: 10th pass (preferred)
- Previous experience as office boy or in a similar role is a plus
- Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness
- Polite, punctual, and reliable
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Trustworthy and respectful

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position
- Dress code: Neat and clean attire; uniform may be provided

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
