**Key Responsibilities**:

- **PCB Assembly**:

- Assemble printed circuit boards by following the specified schematics, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Perform soldering of electronic components (through-hole and surface mount) onto the PCB.
- Use hand tools and soldering equipment to accurately place and solder components.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect assembled PCBs for defects, ensuring they meet customer and industry quality standards.
- Perform visual inspections to check for correct component placement, soldering quality, and conformity to drawings and specifications.
- Perform functional testing of completed assemblies to verify they are working as per design.
- **Component Preparation and Handling**:

- Assist with the preparation and organization of components required for the assembly process.
- Ensure components are properly stored and handled to prevent damage.
- **Machine Operation**:

- Operate automated machines (e.g., pick-and-place machines, wave soldering machines) to assist in PCB assembly.
- Set up and monitor machines to ensure proper functionality.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including assembly reports, inventory usage, and quality control checks.
- Follow strict adherence to industry-standard documentation practices, including bill of materials (BOM), and assembly instructions.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with team members to ensure production goals are met and timelines are adhered to.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and engineers to resolve any assembly-related issues or questions.
- **Safety and Cleanliness**:

- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Properly handle and dispose of hazardous materials in accordance with safety regulations.

**Qualifications:Required**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a PCB Assembler or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of PCB assembly processes and techniques (soldering, component handling, inspection).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Familiarity with soldering tools and equipment, both hand and machine-based.
- Knowledge of electronic components and their functions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.

**Preferred**:

- Certification in PCB assembly or electronics (e.g., IPC-A-610, J-STD-001,SMD).
- Experience with automated assembly processes and equipment.
- Basic knowledge of testing and troubleshooting PCBs.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to sit or stand for long periods during the assembly process.
- Manual dexterity for fine motor tasks such as soldering and component placement.

**Working Conditions**:

- Fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses and gloves.
- May involve some shift work or overtime depending on production needs.

**How to Apply**:

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
