**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Setup and Operation**:

- Prepare and configure SMT machines, including screen printers, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens, for production runs.
- Load components and solder paste into machines according to the job specifications.
- **Production Execution**:

- Operate SMT equipment to assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs) per production schedules and quality standards.
- Monitor the production process to identify and resolve any issues promptly.
- Ensure proper alignment and placement of components on PCBs.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Perform visual inspections of PCBs to verify the quality of solder joints and component placement.
- Identify and report any defects or deviations from specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of SMT equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- **Troubleshooting**:

- Diagnose and resolve minor equipment malfunctions and process issues.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams for complex repairs or adjustments.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including machine settings, production output, and maintenance logs.
- Follow established protocols for handling and documenting non-conforming materials.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to workplace safety regulations and company policies.
- Handle electronic components and materials in compliance with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electronics or related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of experience operating SMT machines in a manufacturing environment.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in operating and programming SMT equipment.
- Familiarity with PCB assembly processes and IPC standards.
- Basic knowledge of electronic components and their functions.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
