**Job Overview**

**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Soldering Operations**:

- Perform soldering tasks to secure connections and splice wires within the wiring harness.
- Utilize soldering irons, heat guns, and other tools to ensure proper bonding.
- Inspect solder joints for quality and integrity, reworking as needed to meet standards.
- Conduct visual inspections of completed wiring harnesses to verify correct assembly, wire routing, and component alignment.
- Perform electrical continuity tests and functional checks to ensure proper operation of the wiring harnesses.
- Implement quality control procedures to maintain consistency and reliability in the production process.
- Maintain accurate records of materials used, assembly procedures, and test results for each wiring harness.
- Complete production logs, work orders, and inspection reports to track progress and ensure traceability.
- Keep soldering equipment, wiring tools, and test instruments in good working condition.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, calibration, and replacement of worn parts.

**Qualifications**:

- ITI in Electrical or equivalent; technical certification in electronics or electrical assembly is preferred.
- Proven experience in soldering and wiring harness assembly, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
- Proficiency in soldering techniques for both through-hole and surface mount components.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, wire gauges, and color-coding standards.
- Ability to debug the PCB boards, power section to communication section
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small components and precision tools.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

**Experience**:
