**Responsibilities of the position**:
- Cultivating a consistently positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Swiftly addressing customer inquiries with timely responses.
- Engaging with customers through a variety of communication channels.
- Recognizing and effectively resolving customer grievances.
- Offering insights on the effectiveness of the customer care process.
- Upholding client satisfaction and delivering professional support consistently.
**Requirements**:
- Completion of high school education, a general education degree, or an equivalent qualification.
- Capability to maintain composure when dealing with stressed or upset customers.
- Exceptional communication skills, which encompass active listening.
- Proficiency in organizational tasks with a keen eye for detail.
- Aptitude for working effectively under pressure and meeting stringent deadlines.
- Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal interactions.
**Salary**: ₹33,129.00 - ₹41,411.00 per month
