**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Due Diligence and Research**:

- Conduct in-depth due diligence on AIFs, including legal, and operational aspects.
- Review and analyze fund structures, investment strategies, performance metrics, and compliance documentation.
- Assess risk factors, governance frameworks, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Collect, organize, and interpret data from various sources, including fund reports, offering documents, and financial statements.
- Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing findings and key recommendations for internal and client review.
- **Compliance and Regulatory Review**:

- Evaluate the fund’s compliance with SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) regulations and other applicable laws.
- Ensure alignment with organizational and industry standards during the evaluation process.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with Clients, fund managers, legal teams, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information.
- Present findings and insights clearly and professionally to internal teams and clients.
- **Market Awareness**:

- Stay updated on the latest trends and regulatory changes in the AIF sector.
- Conduct benchmarking analyses to compare fund performance with industry standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. A postgraduate qualification (MBA/CA/CFA Level 1) is a plus.
- **Experience**: Fresher to 1-2 years in finance, investment management, audit, or related fields. Exposure to due diligence or AIFs is advantageous.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
- Basic understanding of financial statements, investment strategies, and regulatory frameworks.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
