**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Content Creation and Management**:

- Create engaging and visually appealing content, including photos, videos, and reels, to showcase the brand.
- Share content regularly on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with the in-house team to develop promotional campaigns and themes.

**Audience Engagement**:

- Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Conduct live sessions, Q&A, or interactive polls to build a strong connection with the audience.
- Represent the brand authentically to build trust and loyalty among followers.

**Brand Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to understand the brand’s goals, target audience, and key messaging.
- Highlight the resort’s unique offerings, such as location, activities, and services, in content.
- Participate in photoshoots, video campaigns, and other promotional activities.

**Performance Analysis**:

- Track social media performance metrics (likes, shares, reach, impressions, and engagement rate).
- Provide periodic reports to the marketing team and suggest strategies to improve performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and implement new ideas to enhance visibility.

**Qualifications:Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field (preferred).

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a social media influencer with an active follower base.
- Experience in promoting brands in travel, tourism, or hospitality is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to create and edit content using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or video editing software.
- Knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

**Key Requirements**:

- A strong and active social media presence with a focus on travel, lifestyle, or hospitality.
- Ability to travel to the resort or locations as required for content creation.
- Creative mindset and willingness to experiment with new formats and ideas.
