Description:

- Position: Outbound Voice Process Executive

Location: Bangalore, India

Taurus, a leading company in Bangalore, is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Outbound Voice Process Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers and promoting our products or services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Introduce Taurus products or services to customers and explain their benefits.
- Conduct product demonstrations or presentations over the phone.
- Answer customer questions and address concerns effectively.
- Follow-up with customers to close sales or schedule appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the database.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the company.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business goals.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Previous experience in outbound sales or telemarketing preferred.
- Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
- Strong negotiation and objection handling skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Process : Inbound (Voice)

Good English + Hindi

Rotational Shift for boys (1st Shift 7am to 4 pm & last shift is 4 pm to 1 am)

Day Rotational shift for girls (1st Shift 7am to 4 pm & last shift is 11 am to 8 pm)

Rotational Week Off

Salary - 15000 in hand + Incentives

Qualification - 12th & Above

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
