- Are you the one we are looking for_
- You will function as a SPOC for procurement operations and collaborate closely with client and internal support teams._
- You are encouraged to run operations efficiently, develop a winning strategy, day to day supervision of the service delivery function and the implementation of innovative solutions to continually improve the operations and service delivery_
- Your role will function as an overlay of technical and domain specialists and bring value through focused solution leadership skills._
- Responsibilities_
- _Quality - Maintain and update Quality issues tracker - Compass CRM and Dynamics 365 - daily check of issues, and send reminders to action owners_
- _External benchmarks: Collect and compile data for regular commodity newsletters: Research - looking things up from Microsoft subscribed indices and databases (E.g., Steel index, commodity indices, Consumer Price index, e.g.), consolidate info, (Microsoft internal use) published every 2 weeks._
- _Monitor supply chain risk monthly to make sure they are up to date with the latest information (12 times a year)_
- _Review OFCI and GC data capture - (Status of projects and RFPs) and follow-up with teams to update PowerApps or Excel. (Monthly - may take 4 to 6 hours - Global time zones)_
- Qualifications_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Any Graduate_
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Operational Lead experience_
- _Exposure to sourcing or procurement operations_
- _Good verbal and written communication skills_
- _Reasonable presentation skills_
- _Team building and conflict management_
- _Knowledge and experience in analysis & reporting (exposure to macros and PPT)_
- _Proven understanding on SAP / SAP-SRM / MS Office (Excel and Word) / any workflow tool_
- _Good to have knowledge on other ERPs like ARIBA, ZYCUS_
