- We are looking for professionals with extensive knowledge of Travel & Expensed Audit/Accounting/ERP (Preferable Workday) to process Employee Expense Reports accurately and respond to queries to ensure timely payment of these ERs._
- Responsibilities_
- _Review and process expense reports along with providing the resolutions for the expense reports and releasing the Expense Reports for Payment_
- _Review and validate essentials of valid Expense Reports like Employee details, bank account, Expense Reports #, Expense Reports date etc._
- _Maintain a tracker of the exceptions and ensure Expense Reports / queries are handled taking based on the exception tracker_
- _Maintain exception logs for process related exception as and when they occur for knowledge retention_
- _Independently perform transactional tasks which support the compliance, planning and execution of assigned processes._
- _Follow up with employees (via mails or tickets ) to solve hold Expense Reports as per the guideline_
- _Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities_
- _Perform daily internal audit to ensure all Expense Reports / queries are handled as per the guidelines_
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications_
- _Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)_
- _Fresher’s are eligible_
- _Strong English language skills (verbal and written)_

- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_
- _Relevant Experience of working in Travel & Expense process._
- _Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels within the organization._
- _Knowledgeable in MS Office (especially in Excel). Preferably knowledgeable in Workday_
- _Keeping attention to details skills._
- _Ability to handle varied volumes of workloads and to meet targets and deadlines on time_
