Manage the day-to-day operations of SFA (Sales Force Automation) tools.
- Create, update, and manage user IDs, territory assignments, and role hierarchies within the SFA system.
- Ensure smooth and accurate data flow between SFA tools and backend systems such as ERP and CRM.
- Coordinate with software vendors for deploying new features and resolving technical issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product master, outlet master, and pricing data in the SFA system.
- Monitor daily sales force activities, including check-ins, order bookings, collections, and stock updates.
- Track beat plan adherence and analyze sales coverage efficiency.
- Assist in route planning, territory mapping, and realignment of the sales team.
- Validate secondary and tertiary sales data for accuracy and completeness.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on:

- Sales performance
- Outlet coverage and productivity
- SKU-wise sales contribution
- Return on Investment (ROI)
- Use Excel and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to create dashboards and generate actionable insights.
- Identify gaps in sales execution and recommend corrective measures.
- Deploy schemes, promotions, and trade offers in the SFA system.
- Track retailer engagement with schemes and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze the impact of schemes by region, team, and product category.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and IT teams to ensure seamless data integration and process efficiency.
- Conduct regular training sessions and refresher courses for field staff on effective SFA tool usage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
