We are seeking a skilled and dynamic **Salesforce Architect** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, integrated Salesforce solutions that include Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, RedHat Fuse middleware, and other third-party systems such as SAP, websites, and digital platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to successfully deploy integrated solutions that align with business objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Salesforce Architecture Design**: Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and integration with third-party platforms like SAP, RedHat Fuse middleware, websites, and digital platforms.
- **Integration Strategy**: Develop and implement integration strategies to connect Salesforce with various third-party systems, including SAP, RedHat Fuse middleware, and digital platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation across systems.
- **Cloud Solution Architecture**: Design and deploy cloud-based solutions that integrate Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud with internal and external platforms to streamline operations and improve business processes.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and IT teams, to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
**Required Skills**:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience with Salesforce, including expertise in **Sales Cloud** and **Marketing Cloud**.
- Strong experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems, especially **SAP**, **RedHat Fuse middleware**, websites, and digital platforms (e.g., eCommerce platforms, CMS, etc.).
- Experience with **RedHat Fuse** or similar middleware technologies for system integration, message brokering, and API management.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, RESTful APIs, and integration tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or Dell Boomi.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and come up with effective solutions.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with **Salesforce CPQ** (Configure, Price, Quote) and **Field Service Lightning** is a plus.
- Experience in implementing **Salesforce Community Cloud** and knowledge of **Salesforce DX** is a bonus.
- Familiarity with cloud-native development and APIs, containerized services, and microservices architecture
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
