**Position Overview**: We are currently seeking skilled Sales Representatives with prior experience in international call centers, particularly in the auto parts sector. This role is integral to expanding our market reach and enhancing customer relationships through effective sales strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential customers via inbound and outbound calls to drive sales of auto parts.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with our product offerings.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of our inventory and pricing structures to facilitate informed conversations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions within our CRM system to ensure seamless follow-up and support.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to identify sales opportunities and market trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a sales role within a call center, preferably in the auto parts or automotive industry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets through strategic customer engagement.
- Proficient in CRM software and other sales management tools.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and market dynamics.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- US shift
