**Urgent Hiring of Purchase Executive for YLG Head Office.**

**Roles and Responsibilities-**
- New Vendor Development(as and when required).
- Planning for purchases based on consumption trends and inventory norms/ requests from warehouse.
- Contact vendors to obtain price quotes for the requested items.
- Negotiate price and Payment terms for Open credit 90 days with suppliers.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure that goods are deliver on-time.
- Followed-up on delivery schedules, payment delays, and invoice queries.
- Interaction with Accounts Dept to release the payment to the vendors as per supply terms.
- Inform delivery schedules.
- Interact with quality control to get the report of testing materials.
- Setting up the weekly, monthly, quarterly procurement plan.
- Maintain records of purchases orders (PO) PRs in database.
- Closing the Purchase requisition on daily basis.
- Updating the delivery dates in Excel.
- Maintaining Accounts of the Vendors.
- Preparation of E-Sugam
- Maintaining Vat Return File.
- Generating C forms Interstate sales & purchase.
- Holding 2-3 years of experience in Purchase department
- Good communication skills
