YDSWorld is a case management company that helps providers and attorneys nationwide. We are seeking a receptionist who is **fluent in spoken and written English.**

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Call English-speaking patients to obtain information from, including treatment status, doctor appointment information, changes in medical care and/or work status, documents and records information and the like
- Collect medical records and bills from healthcare providers
- Speak with Car Insurance Adjusters to obtain pertinent information each case
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Healthcare or legal experience is a plus
- Amazing follow-up skills
- Must be able to multi-task and handle tasks quickly and tactfully with all levels of Firm personnel and the public
- Excellent organizational skills, Detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude, and professional demeanor
- Ability to keep case notes current and documented appropriately
- **Must be able to WRITE and SPEAK English HIGHLY FLUENTLY**

We are hiring for US day shift (India: Monday - Friday: 6:30PM - 3:30AM) Saturday: 6:30PM -10:30PM.

**This is a Work From Home Position. You must have your own computer and internet.**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
