**Join our team as a Hospital Telecaller and play a crucial role in assisting patients, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service over the phone.**

**Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to patients for appointment scheduling and reminders.**

**Answer inbound calls from patients, addressing inquiries and providing assistance.**

**Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments using our database system.**

**Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient scheduling and communication.**

**Provide excellent customer service, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions.**

**Requirements:Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with patients in a compassionate manner.**

**Previous experience in customer service or call center roles preferred.Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures is a plus.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.**

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
