Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Ludhiana for a Tele Caller. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients to promote WEDDING ASIA’s services and offerings. Key responsibilities include answering inquiries, providing information to clients, maintaining records of calls and customer responses, and following up on leads. Ensuring exceptional communication to deliver a positive client experience will be central to the role. Qualifications Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in customer service and telephone etiquetteAbility to handle multiple calls efficiently and professionallyDetail-oriented with basic data entry and record-keeping skillsPrior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service roles is an advantageBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferredHighly motivated with problem-solving abilities
