**We’re Hiring | Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT & Non-IT)**

**Role Overview**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across IT and Non-IT functions
- Liaise with clients to understand requirements and ensure timely closures
- Coordinate with vendor partners to drive efficient hiring workflows
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and more

**What We're Looking For**
- 1-3 years or 4-6 years of experience in tech and non-tech recruitment
- Strong sourcing and screening capabilities
- Proven experience in client engagement and vendor management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder handling skills
- Educational Qualification: MBA / B.Tech / BE or equivalent
