- Responsible for generating revenue through the sale of conference sponsorship packages to various companies, organizations, and associations.
- Making calls to meet daily KPIs set by management.
- Engaging with clients over the phone and developing long-term relationships.
- Attend daily/weekly sales update meetings and conference planning meetings as needed.
- To meet and exceed the budgeted sponsorship target for each conference, use telephone solicitation, electronic and written correspondence, and face-to-face meetings as tools.
- Meeting monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Conduct strategic research and compile a list of potential sponsors for each conference.
- Keep meticulous records of all conversations with clients and sponsors.
- Collaborating with the marketing department to turn inbound sales inquiries into leads.
- Keep track of conference schedules and sponsorship deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Graduate Freshers looking for new career opportunities
- Exp 0 to 2 years in sales/marketing/market research or any
- Be able to create sales strategies
- Negotiation skills
- Persuasive, self-confident
- Fast understanding and well developed research skills.
- Energetic, ambitious, enthusiastic and passionate
- Confident, with an excellent telephone manner
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Strong communicator and influencer
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Commercially driven and hungry for a successful career in sales

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 5-6 months

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
