Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- **Menu Development**: Design and implement a menu that showcases authentic Mediterranean dishes, balancing traditional flavors with innovative culinary techniques.
- **Food Preparation**: Prepare and cook a wide range of Mediterranean dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts, ensuring consistency and quality.
- **Ingredient Management**: Source and select the freshest ingredients, emphasizing local and seasonal products when possible.
- **Kitchen Management**: Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Team Leadership**: Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- **Quality Control**: Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety, conducting regular checks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- **Customer Engagement**: Interact with customers to receive feedback, accommodate special dietary needs, and ensure an exceptional dining experience.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a chef, with at least 2 years specializing in Mediterranean cuisine.
- **Education**: Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Proficient in Mediterranean cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for culinary arts.

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
