**What You’ll Need to Succeed**:

- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering and Masters in Business will be an added

advantage.
- 5-7 years of work experience, preferably in a retail, planning, or similar role
- Advanced Excel user
- Broad understanding of the Procurement function
- Strong analytical skills
- High level of salesmanship
- Structured way of working
- Collaborative personality and good communication skill

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Sourcing & Procurement
- Manage the Procurement function - working along the Corporate Sourcing guidelines.
- Obtain quotations
- Preparing and maintaining purchase orders-Releasing POs, follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
- Resolve supply, quality, service, and invoice-related issues with Vendors - Link between company and supplier.
- On need-based basis support Raw Material and Packaging Material Procurement.
- Explore Cost saving techniques/Identify alternate vendors sourcing to mitigate risk & reduce cost.
- Explore and implement new processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of procurement.
- Coordination and resolve problems with end-user departments and suppliers.
- Communicate Timely status orders to internal stakeholders.
- Strong Focus on meeting laid down Procurement KPI’s and Site KPI’s.
- Regular Periodical review of open orders/Requisitions - Plan action accordingly

**Operational Supply Planning**
- Liaise regularly with demand and supply planner to review supply plans against forecasts and

orders.
- Consolidate supply plans from all sourcing units and sharing the same with the CM and

internal team.
- Every day follow up with Contract Manufacturer for production update and if any bottle

neck.
- Prepare the loss-tree analysis for all the non-supplied orders.

**Reporting**
- Monthly Open Order reports
- Monthly Supplier Performance reports
- Monthly cost movement report
- Monthly Supplier Score Card reports
- Weekly Payment report
- Weekly PO Issuance report
