**Role Overview**:
We are seeking GM/AVP - Public Affairs & Government Partnerships to lead the execution of government engagement, policy initiatives, and institutional partnerships. These roles are ideal for midsenior professionals with 7-10 years of overall experience, preferably with Tier-1 MBA and consulting backgrounds. They will act as individual contributors, managing high-level stakeholders and aligning cross-functional internal teams, with the possibility of building a team in the future.Preference will be given for prior experience in Education, skilling and capacity building space.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and manage partnerships with government and CSR stakeholders at state and national levels.
- Represent MSU in discussions, roundtables, and forums on education, skilling, and employability.
- Collaborate with academics, admissions, placements, and marketing to execute governmentlinked initiatives.
- Track education and skilling policy developments and provide timely insights to leadership.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- MBA from a Tier-1 institution with 7-10 years of overall experience.
- Experience in consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, AT Kearney) or boutique firms (Sattva, Samagra, Bridgespan) or Big Four firms (EY/PWC/KPMG/Deloitte).
- Proven success in government projects, public affairs, or development sector consulting.
- Strong expertise in grant writing, proposal development, and partnership management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
