**Purpose of the role**
- Company Secretariat type tasks.
- Maintaining office address/rental databases.
- Identifying the need for office rental contract renewals well in advance of rental contract expiry. Negotiate new rental terms. Communicate with the stakeholder and get authorisation and sign off.
- Liaising with Radek and Imrich on the status of EMEA registrations at each countries equivalent of companies house/chamber of commerce etc. As this can affect tax status.
- Communicate with EMEA countries equivalent of companies house/chamber of commerce etc. to rectify errors or investigate change of status or local laws.
- Being the point of contact for UK companies house filings and status updates.
- Being the point of contact between Indicia and our insurance brokers.
- Liaise with sales directors/lawyers and insurance company on any possible new requests for insurance cover.
- Compile the data for insurance renewals. This will involve extensive liaison with different departments within Indicia.
- Environmental Reporting
- Compile the various reports such as SECR/Carbon Neutral. ISO9001 & ISO14001.
- Attend training calls from the various agencies.
- Deal with Ad hoc requests from KMI and other environmental audits.
- Maintain an accurate record for UK of energy & waste usage, travel patterns etc.
- External Reporting
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Follow-up with stake holder on BS reconciliations queries and resolution
- Inter-company EMEA reconciliations
- Inter-company external reconciliation on revenue and AP/AR (BEU, NAM, KMI and others)
- Support on Audits
- In time, learn the external reporting process’s to a standard of being able to cover for other team members.

**Skills, knowledge, experience and exposure**
- Commerce Graduate
- 06 months to 1 year of experience
- Microsoft Excel Knowledge is a must
