Overall handling Accounts Payable for Mumbai Region and Software (Coupa) Related Queries
- Approx. 1300. The queries related to the same needs to get solved
- Daily coupa approved invoices to be tracked.
- invoices to operations.
- Daily vendor payment details received to be tracked and saved. To send the payment details to all the operations.
- Hold Vendor bills received from Finance to check for Mumbai location the bills on hold and arrange the details documents with finance to process the payments
- Bills on hold for GST R 3 B / not GST defaulter need to follow up with the vendor to collect the information.
- Vendor PO raised under Overheads not under projects needs to be checked and revision of the POs to be initiated to the site team.
