ey Responsibilities:
Customer Service:Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information and design recommendations.
Assist customers in selecting appropriate designs, materials, colors, and furniture for their interior spaces.
Offer advice on space planning, layout, and design aesthetics.
Respond to customer inquiries, provide price quotations, and process sales transactions.
Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Showroom Operations:Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment.
Maintain accurate inventory records of available products and materials.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
Monitor stock levels and initiate restocking activities as needed.
Conduct regular visual merchandising updates to showcase the latest design trends and products effectively.

Staff Management:Recruit, train, and supervise showroom staff members, including sales representatives and design consultants.
Provide guidance, motivation, and support to the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Schedule staff shifts and manage work assignments effectively.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve team performance.

Sales and Marketing:Actively engage in sales activities to promote products and services offered by the showroom.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and participate in marketing campaigns and events.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights for business growth.

Administrative Tasks:Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and inventory data.
Prepare sales reports, financial statements, and other administrative documents as required.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities for the showroom.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or retail management, preferably in the interior design industry.
- Strong knowledge of interior design concepts, materials, and trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficient in using computer software and point-of-sale systems.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹47,115.38 per month
