**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inside Sales & Lead Conversion**
- Understand customer packaging requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals for closure.

**Outbound Calls & Lead Generation**
- Call prospective B2B clients from sourced or provided lead databases.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.

**Social Media Follow-Up**
- Manage inquiries from Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Respond professionally to comments and direct messages.
- Maintain a lead tracker and ensure timely follow-ups.

**CRM & Reporting**
- Update lead status and interactions in CRM tools.
- Provide weekly reports on lead funnel and conversion metrics.

**What We're Looking For**:

- 4-6 years of experience in **B2B inside sales**, telemarketing, or lead follow-up (preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or B2B services).
- Skilled at mining leads through online databases and search tools.
- Strong communication and convincing skills to engage and qualify leads.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand product basics.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Sheets, and social media platforms.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
