- Serve as a dedicated Scrum Master for one or more agile teams, providing guidance and coaching on agile principles and practices.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure that the team adheres to Scrum processes and principles, removing any obstacles or impediments that hinder progress.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Promote continuous improvement within the team by fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and adaptability.
- Act as a servant leader, guiding the team towards self-organization and encouraging autonomy and accountability.
- Monitor and track team progress, velocity, and sprint commitments, providing transparent and accurate reporting to stakeholders.
- Identify and address risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact the team's ability to deliver on commitments.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration between team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment

**Requirements**:

- 4-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile role within software development teams.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with Scrum methodologies and agile practices.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and guiding cross-functional agile teams through the software development lifecycle.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to adapt and tailor agile practices to suit the team's needs while ensuring adherence to core principles.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering value and continuous improvement.
