Seeking **Experienced Firmware Architect **to work on HPE iLO (Integrated Lights Out) server management solution specifically focused on iLO product Security and Federal Certification.

**HPE Integrated Lights Out Management **is a flagship product in server industry leading embedded server manager for decades. It’s one of the most profitable HPE product raking millions through its licensing revenue. iLO supports the complete lifecycle of all HPE ProLiant servers, from initial deployment to ongoing management and service alerting. As part of the Hewlett Packard Enterprise Servers group, this team is responsible for designing and developing iLO manageability firmware.

**What You Will Do**:
**_ Responsibilities: _**
- Develops organization-wide architectures and methodologies for software systems design and development across multiple platforms and organizations within the Global Business Unit.
- Identifies and evaluates new technologies, innovations, and outsourced development partner relationships for alignment with technology roadmap and business value; creates plans for integration and update into architecture.
- Reviews and evaluates designs and project activities for compliance with development guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to improve product quality and mitigate failure risk.
- Leverages recognized domain expertise, business acumen, and experience to influence decisions of executive business leadership, outsourced development partners, and industry standards groups.
- Work continuously with Product Management and Security Experts to refine, prioritize and elaborate new requirements.
- Work with HPE Federal Certification Management to define, drive and achieve federal certification for HPE iLO products.
- Provides guidance and mentoring to Architects and Experts on software systems design and development innovation and excellence.

**What You will Bring**:
**_ Education and Experience Required: _**
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Typically, 15+ years' experience.

**_ Knowledge and Skills: _**
- Strong programming experience in C and C++
- Strong understanding of the Server manageability domain in specific and Server Industry in General.
- Design, Debug and Development on RTOS like Green hills Integrity, Embedded Linux.
- Experience working with ARM processor or similar system controllers.
- Good knowledge and hands on experience of security protocols such as Open SSL, TLS, SSH
- Very strong knowledge of PKI, and various crypto algorithms such as AES, RSA, ECDSA, SHA
- Good understanding of the LDAP, Kerberos, Single Sign On
- Strong knowledge of security certifications such as FIPS 140-2 and Common Criteria Certification.
- Good understanding of MCTP, Redfish, SNMP Protocol is desirable.
- Experience with Data Centre infrastructure setup and manageability domain
- Experience with multi-OS Linux/Windows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to self-learn.
- Growing knowledge and expertise with the development of new leading-edge technologies
- Extensive knowledge of low-level computer Architecture
- Strong understanding of hardware and software interactions
- Ability to work in a team oriented, collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills.
